The URP is a web based Financial Reporting Tool and Data Entry collection. To ensure the proper support with a data collection tool efforts have been undertaken to move from the formerly EXCEL-based reporting to a more elaborated state. The URP-Tool follows the general business structure of the sample Company. Therefore the basis for reporting are the Business Units (BU) and the reporting entity, be it a legal entity or a branch.

To ensure the „quality at source“ the data collection and changes of collected data are done at the lowest level possible. At the various aggregation levels the data are provided in reports aggregated and split up.For a quick status check the URP-Toll will be equipped with a process monitoring component.
